Housing Contracts

Application Information

All potential students must be admitted to WVU TECH before you can apply for housing. Once you are admitted, all potential or returning students will apply for Housing and pay the $150 deposit Fall 2010 on-line through STAR from their MIX account.

Housing Contract Terms – This contract is for the current 2009-10 academic year. The 2010-11 contract is being edited and will be posted soon.

HOUSING APPLICATION PROCESS

Complete your Admissions Application to WVU Tech. Once admitted, you will receive your MIX account information.
Apply for Housing and pay your Deposit $150 for 2010-11 academic year through the STAR tab on your MIX account.
After applying for Housing you will receive an email detailing how to choose your room through the Housing Management System (HMS). You will be able to choose you own room from those available through June. After the HMS system closes, the Residence Life office will assign rooms.
